site validation
I've just joined Webforumz and am a bit confused on how to get around, but I'll figure it out at some point. Right now I'm really at sea about "Doc Type" on my html pages. I tried validating a site I'm working on and it came back saying I had the wrong doc type. Could somebody point me in the right direction on determining the right type to use?

DOCTYPES tell the web browser what rules you're following in your code. Here is a link that has great DOCTYPE templates: http://www.webstandards.org/learn/templates/
