Another newbie
Hi,
Im an English guy living in Moscow. I have just started a new forum for people that suffer from fears and phobias called www.ofear.com. Im a complete novice and have come here for ideas and maybe help in designing my forum. I would like to upgrade my phpbb software but not sure how to do it. Look forward to chatting to you all. John
