I am newbie here and love this forum very much.. Lot of new threads posted daily are interesting and i able to learn more. I am a web designer. I am good with photoshop, Dreamweaver n flash. I like to learn fireworks, but need some guidence. Hope i clear my doubts here... Thanks....

I am interested in doing freelance web designing. I visited some sites like guru.com, elance.com etc. It was usefull and i like to create my profile there. But i dont know how the pay for projects done. Should we create an account there? First of all i need to know how the entire process is going?

Can anybody help me in this????
