Hiya!
Hello all!
Not only am I new to the community, but new to Flash and design as well (besides what I did in college). I thought by being active in a forum like this I'd be able to pick things up a bit quicker and maybe eventually be able to help out some others. Cheers!

You have got the right idea. You only learn so much from education the other stuff from getting you hands dirty. Play with senarios when not working, try new things, ask questions. It's amazing what you learn when things don't work and you fix it buy working it out.
