help!!!
hi to all i am new here and really could do with some help if you would be so kind
 i have attempted my first ever website but have discovered it has a problem!! when it is viewed in any resolution higher than 1024X 768 it gets a dublicate of the page on the side and underneath , is there any way i can adjust it so that it is the same size in every resoloution??? be easy with me now i am new to all this lol

What are you using to do the layout?
But it seems to me like your using background images to do the layout, i see this mistake quite alot. But if the content automatically extends background image then you would need to rethink the layout. If its just the resolution then set the sizes to the size you made them, then they wont increase.

You can set your background image to not repeat using CSS.
