I stumbled across this site for the first time tonight, and I'm really glad I found it - it seems like a valuable resource, and a great place to get feedback. I'm a musician by schooling, but have been doing web-related things as a hobby for 5 years (I run an actress fansite, (www.katemoennig.net) although sadly, it's outdated now, because other projects have taken priority).

My most recent layout is for a composer in California... it's my first attempt at making a style sheet from scratch, and after wrestling with some unruly <divs> that displayed incorrectly in Safari, it's finally fixed. It's still a work in progress, and any comments on the layout, graphics, fonts, and colors, are greatly appreciated... I want to throw this out there for feedback now so I can fix things as I go along. Here's a link:
