Hi, I have just made a feedback form for my website but i don't know how to send the results back to me once the user has answered the questions and submitted it, can ne1 help me, thanks

It is windows, but im not sure you know what I mean, I would like the results mailing to me when the user presses submit, if thats possible. i.e is there a way of using mailto:email-address, so that it sends what is on the form instead of opening an email browser

You need a server side script running to process the form and send its contents to you as email. Often your website hosting service will provide this functionality to you. You can contact their tech support and find out.
