Hi,

Just thought I'd introduce myself and hopefully make some friends. I'm Jodi, 29, from Chicago, Illinois. I am farely new to web design, but I'm learning fast. I became interested in web designing, when I made a site for a small business I was trying to start, and discovered, web designing is frustrating but fun. When it was all said and done I was so proud of my creation, I just wanted to do it again. I'm compeletly self-taught, I know (so far) HTML, CSS1 & 2, and WML. I'm in the process of learning Java, and really, want to learn all types of Client-side as well as Server-Side Programming. I thought I really knew something, but after looking at these forumz, I can tell I have a ways to go yet. Right now, I have so many cool design ideas, that my ideas are a bit bigger than my knowledge of how to do them. It's frustrating having all these really cool and creative ideas that you know will work, and look great, but not having the all the knowledge you need to make them into a reality.

Besides that, I have two main interests and that's Business and Music. Web designing falls into the business category. I'm an entrepreneur and love small business, starting them and helping others to do so as well. I have so many projects in the works right now, I couldn't list them all. I also love music, I play guitar, piano, voice, write & compose music and I'm an audio engineer.
