You will need to write a download script, and then upload the mp3 file. Just google "download script" or something to that nature.

I would recommend taking the MP3 and putting it in a zip file. As an MP3 is going to try to stream not download. I think that is what Bennett was getting at...just put it in a zip and upload it to your web space.
