Pastors should maybe stick to preaching!

Hi folks

Pastors spend a lot of their time helping others - I'm now needing help from you.

We have a church website, which is soon to be moved onto my ISP-provided hosting space. A number of folks have asked to have MP3 files of the sermons / services available for free download from the site.

BIG QUESTION - how do we do this?

Any ideas as to what is required will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Kenneth Ross

You will need to write a download script, and then upload the mp3 file. Just google "download script" or something to that nature.

Welcome.

You don't necessarily need a download script...just upload to your server and put a link to it on your web page.

I would recommend taking the MP3 and putting it in a zip file. As an MP3 is going to try to stream not download. I think that is what Bennett was getting at...just put it in a zip and upload it to your web space.

Oh yeah, Welcome to Webforumz!!
