Hi Just Joined
Thought id introduce myself 8) ...
Im 20 and a student, im interested in getting a website up and have been playing around with a free host and have got this so far... http://k.domaindlx.com/Nitesh9999/Index.htm Its just a forum about anything at the moment, Let us know what you think, what I learn messing about on the above site i will eventually put into practice on my 'real' site. Why link to a page with nothing but a link? It would have been easier just to link directly to your forum!
As for the site - I think it's always good to choose a clear direction. Having a forum about 'anything' certainly leaves a lot of freedom but doesn't direct the future of the site or attract visitors for any particular reason. Maybe something to think about. Anyway, welcome to Webforumz! Looks like you'll fit right in.

Yeah sorry didnt have the URL at hand. But had the home copied so i just pated it.
I've not deicided on a 'theme' yet. I just want to learn bits and bats i'm not sure about. The main reason being my uni course. In september im starting my final year, an i am doing 2 web based modules which are very similar. 1. E-commerce 2. Open source priciples and practice. In E-commerce we have to build an online music store. And in OSPP we have to do the same again but with open source software. So i though messing around with a basic site would be a good idea. Anyway i'll start posting in the appropriate threads with further questions which im sure there will be plenty of. :wink:
