Hi! Great to be joining people who know more than me! My main curiosity right now is the possibility of including 'presence'/IM capability within a web page. I want two people to be seeing the same piece of data on a web page, and them to be chatting about it, and to record that chat. Anyway one with ideas let me know. I haven't searched the forums here yet. If I find out how to do it, I'll post back about the discovery.

What you are needing is a chat room so to speak. You can either build your own chat room, or you can find one for free. There are lots of completely free chat room, php chat...etc.

For a good free one...check out PHP chat...nice and free, as long as your web host supports PHP, which most good hosts do, here is the link.

Also just because I love flash and what it can do...I would recommend flash chat, as it is completely customizable, and easy to skin and add on more features, and it is really dirt cheap. Here is the link....
