Greetings from Sunny Berkshire (England in case of any of you did not know)
I am new to web design, although I have messed around in this area before, I have never actually put a quality site on line, at this point I wish to change all that... Looking for a little advise. I want to start a site which will have a certain amount of user input via Forums such as this. I want to do this as low budget as possible, I have a trial version of Dreamweaver (I am told that this is one of the best out there) and will upgrade to a full version when funds allow. What would you guys recommend ? PHP ? HTML? I also need to have a "daily fact" which I guess will require some form of Database software, once again, the cheaper the better ( free would be excellent!) I look forward to your responses... Cheers Jim |
