I am in charge of my University's football website that currently is limited to a punbb forum for communicating with over 80 team members week in week out.

We normally write each players names out on a 'teamsheet' every thursday for a saturday match and every monday for a wednesday match. We ask that every player ticks their name off if they are selected to denote they can play but as the University expands and many courses are on a number of different locations it is becoming increasingly difficult to continue with the buletin board approach.

Sorry for babbling.. but can anyone suggest any software/programes that would enable me to do this online with each user ticking their name off.

Try asking in the PHP forum, thats the language you will need to use to get that to work
