Going with Actinic

Hi Guys
I run my site, www.plasterproduct.co.uk which is in heavy need of a makeover,

it was done in frontpage 3/4 years ago since then, I have just bought Actinic Bus and started to input all my brochure details so I have a shopping Cart etc, but I need someone that can work with something like dreamweaver to end up with something like this site (more watered down version) www.plastermouldingsonline.com is it something that anyone out there is willing to do.
