off-site linking to a particular page in a site made with frames. NEED HELP

I created this web site www.abcpchelp.com using frames for the first time, and now I want to create a link to one of the pages, e.g. budget_website_design.htm, but I can not create links to pages and still keep them with the frame layout, the only link that works with the frames is www.abcpchelp.com,
When I save certain pages to my favorites and open them again it go's to the page I saved and dose not redirect me to the home page, but the link properties are just www.abcpchelp.com.
I would like to know how I would link an individual page with in the frames, e.g. for use in a forum,
perhaps create a link like http://www.abcpchelp.com/pricing.htm that comes up with the frame.
Can anyone tell me how I would do this. I have tried searching for my answer for hours, and the things I tried did not work.

there is no way as far as i'm aware, all you can do is create another page with all the frames on it and link to that.

you should really get rid of the frames, they are awful for optimisation and are not neccessary.
