Hello,
this is my new site: http://www.hybridcars.co.nr it looks quite simple and not very attractive, how can i improve it?

I've replied to your post in the critique forum but I thought I'd post my suggestions in here as they will be helpful to more than just you...hopefully.
Ditch the frames. They are a super old and out-dated method of creating sites. Look instead into using clean semanic markup and valid XHTML and CSS to get the look you require.
