Exclamation Frames/IFrames - Didn't know where to put it, but please help!

Hi. I am currently making an Internet Radio Site, and what I want to do is have a navigation bar on the left hand side, and then a frame/IFrame in the centre of the page to display the differnet pages.

I can only get them to display one page though, so can someone please help me as I can't just have them link to another page as it will stop the music from playing!

Please help ASAP!

Thanks in advance, simbo1231

I'm confused a little; I've always thought that if you put the code which plays the music within an outer frame (one which never changes, like the nav area), won't the music never be interrupted?

You're probably right yes, do you know how to do an outer frame? And if so could you tell me? (I know nothing about frames :P) Many thanks

I don't actually, as frames are quite old and unused lately (though they still might be your best/only option). Have a read here (scroll down a tiny bit): http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-html40/present/frames.html
