Repetition Problem - Had it up to here with IE6!!

Hi all...

I'm just trying to fix this site in IE6. The styling is working perfectly...the page validates BUT for some reason IE6 is duplicating the final testimonials last 3 characters near the top of the page.

Firstly...do you see this on your copy of IE6?

Secondly....its not actually a repetition of the characters...if you highlight say the "do" out of "don" (the 3 letters which are replicating on mine) then it also highlights the replicas...

someone...what the hell is going on?!

OK...and problem numero 2. Click on the link on thaqt site that says Training. In firefox and ie7 a sub menu of NEBOSH, IOSH comes up...in IE6 only IOSH appears....look in the source and there sure is two <li>'s one for nebosh one for isoh but for some reason which I cannot figure the nebosh one just doesn't appear?!!

what the hell is going on numero 2?! haha

Can see both problems on IE6.

Had a quick look at the code but found nothing so far.

Where exactly is this duplication problem?

Plus hate to throw a spanner in the works, but I'm not getting the 'IOSH / NEBOSH' display issue in IE6

ok i've now fixed the IOSH/NEBOSH issue.

the duplication is on the testimonials page. if you scroll down a bit...for some reason theres a bit of the bottom quote quite high up the page. its weird

ok fixed both...i think.

the nebosh link was hidden under the training link...for some reason...so i added a negative top margin to it to show that.

as for the main body repetition. I think it was a similar problem to

but to solve mine I removed the left float from the main content pane and used the method of giveing wide margins to allow the left and right columns to float into place.

I'd love to have a look , but whenever I paste an url into ie6 and hit 'go', it insists on loading the page in FF in a new tab. Go figure.

Anyway, hope you got it sorted.

I got that too, frinkky - I think Windows restore messed up my registry, so the only fix was a re-install of both
