Site not loading correctly

I am doing this site for a friend and I cant seem to get it to line up properly. The page seems to not line up on the lower right side and the template seems to be messed up now. Can someone check it out and let me know what I am missing or screwed up?

Firstly you should try and ditch the tables, secondly validate it

Also i don't understand why you have divs inside tables?

I'm not so good with tables... so maybe someone else can shed some more light... but without tables and just css, you get alot more flexibility and in the long run, it's far easier to work with.

There are just too many NESTED tables to get a grip on this one.

Convert it to a css based tableless layout before validating. You won't find many people here willing or able to provide advice on using the deprecated method of using tables for layout.

Tables are for tabular data, nothing else (except sometimes html emails but thats irrelevant here).
