auto iframes that link to another page outside of my domain

i ve found some java which i embed on index.php of my website so that every iframe i have has auto height attributes.
This works only if my iframe links to a page that belongs to my domain, now i want to have my iframe linked to an external page(from another domain) and still have the same effect of auto height.

I ve found some posts on this through google but i didnt reach to a solution.

When you say Java, I presume you mean Javascript? (they are two different languages)

Could you post the script you are using, or host it and send us a link?
