[SOLVED] Links not working in IE but work in FireFox/Safari

Hi,
I've been working on a page and just noticed that my hyperlinks don´t work in Internet Explorer (6 and 7). But they do work just fine in FireFox, Safari, Opera and more...

When hovering over the link on the web:
In Firefox the links look like so = http://www.mysite.com/link.php
But in IE X the links look like so = http://link.php

Also, the images (small gif icons) that are the hyperlink (when pressed) don´t show or load in IE. But they do load in FireFox...

This only happens on ONE of my sub-pages. The links work correctly on my index page and other sub-pages.

What settings or code could be causing this?

I managed to figure out the problem. This line had somehow automatically been added to the head in a subpage:

Code: Select all

<base href="page.php"  "target="_blank">

I did NOT insert that line
That was causing Internet Explorer to discard the http://mysite.com/ part.

Sorry for posting this message, but I just couldn't figure this out until now
