Form Help - Action vs 'To:'

Right now I am trying to create my emailer page. It will basically have a To, Subject, Message, and File inputs. Some of this I do not know how to do. A link to my page can be found here. Below is a list of the things I need help with.


Attach Another?
I would like to know how I can turn that into a button that will add additional file inputs. I assume this would be done with java. Any replies to the answer for this are appreciated.

This is my biggest problem. I have looked over and over on the web, and have yet to find the answer. I am trying to make it so it will email all the inputs to the 'to' input box. (ie. someone places joey@yahoo.com in the To: box, it will email all of the page's inputs to joey@yahoo.com.)

Nav Bar Hover
If you notice that when you hover over the images (ie. home, email, line rider, etc.) What is wrong is that it has to load the onMouseOver image; I would like to know how you make it so it loads automatically upon loading the page.

Ok. Do you have any knowledge of PHP, AJAX, Javascript?

Regarding the navigation - you can do this much more efficiently using CSS. Read this:
