Photo Blog in dreamweaver -specific question help-

Hey everyone, I have a website called www.c2photo.com and I was wondering if anyone could help with a few questions I have. Right now I have all the pages set up as individual HTML pages (all unique). Im slowly changing them all over to template style pages (www.c2photo.com/2.html) with next and previous navigation. so first question.

-Is there a way to set up the template so that the link automatically goes to the next (+1) or previous (-1) page? Right now I have to manually set this on all 100 pages

I start with that issue first. Thanks in advance.

Do you not have the capbility to go with a ASP or PHP so the page can be dynamic? Make it a whole lot easier for you

I do, but im not really sure how to do that. could you give me some suggestions?

I don't use DW that much but I thought you could save a page as a template, then use it for a whole site, all from within DW (?).
I think there's something in DW's own tutorials about it (see the "Help" files).

Its done dynamically usually by adding 1 to the id so it goes to the next record or minus the id by 1 to last record
