Right ok i got bored with that stupid lil site for ma cuz plus he dun wan it no more.. BUT! my mum now has some great idea of makein a site for baby things dont ask shes a lil gone in the head but i need a form that people can send me there details though email and i was wondering if one of you can tell me the html or wat ever it is....


i need the following things

name
adress
tellephone number
2nd telephone number ...

if you could do this form so that i can just copy and past it onto my site then i will b thank full

While I'm not saying that you need to learn to write the thing from scratch, you should at least look around HotScripts for something that will work out for you.

Its unreasonable to expect somebody here to just write it for you.
