link bar in tables

Hey ye its me agen. The Loveable bruno im still makeing that site and iv kinda messed somthing up.. my problem is i need a vertical nav bar in a table with a table around it and 2 mor tables to the right side of it but i cant seem to do it right.. ( www.freewebs.com/casinodave for example ) if anyone can tell me the codes ill make a link to your site at the bottem of the page <3 Bruno <3

( laffs )thank you my friend but its my site. i apresiate the help but if u look at the "guide"page u will find that the links are half way down the page and i was wondering if the is any way to get them to the top and lso instead of the page being rely long and having to scroll down the hole page is there any way i cid put a scroll bar in the midle table???
