Pictures disappearing with correct width and height!

Ahem, I think I'm going mad.

I swear that every time I adjust the width and height attributes of my img tag to the correct height and width of the image, it disappears!

Change it to 1px out either way and it comes back, but the correct ones cause it to vanish.

Tell me I'm going mad and this isn't actually possible please!

display:none css tag on image elements of width + height? That would make it disappear but unlikely if you don't know what I just said.... LOL

If you are using CSS, look for display:none in there and see if that might be the issue. Some use display:none to preload images on sites.

Nope, there's no display:none business in my stylesheet. like i say it works for any other width or height other than the actual one of the image.

I've had this happen too:
Had adblocker of some kind enabled, added an image that fits the advertisement image standards and poof, image gone.

So, take a look at that as well, check your firewall settings, adblockers, etc. It could be your computer doing it, not the HTML.
