iFrame Sizing Doesnt Work

Hello, Im having a problem getting my iFrame to its correct size. I am trying to get it to fit each body of content that loads into it, that way I dont need to use scrollbars. Here is a link to the page ...

If you click one of the links under the images, they will load, and some will be too large and it will contain scroll bars. Right now, the frame size is set to 700. Ive tried height="100%" etc but it remains alot smaller than it is now. Should I just set it to some rediculously large number?

Why exactly do you need an iframe there?

Well, I want the content to appear where that iframe is causing it to, without having the browser to reload with the images and all again.

As your using php you can use:

<?php include("filename.php"); ?>

to include content wherever u want it.

Once the images are downloaded, they only appear to be reloading in some browsers (Opera, for instance, doesn't even refresh the images). Even then, it's a quick flash of reloading, as the browser is pulling the images from cache instead of the internet.

The world is used to it, and it's 'disadvantages' are far less then those of using iframes.
