Asking for the impossible...

i think anyway.. why in hell do i always pick such stupid annoying complicated layouts huh? why? Can anyone help me find a way to put an embed text box (not a layer) over an image? here is my layout... (click here) the box is roughly where the text is going to go.. (it will probably get bigger.. its tiny!) i also want all the link targets to be in that box.. my friend told me about the <iframe> tag, and i tried it, but it wont sit over/be embedded in an image (well not by me on my own anyway). I need to have some sort of floating frame, that wont move around when you resize the browser window/in different resolutions.. if there is another way please let me know... so far the only other solution ive found is using flash, but I really do not understand that programme.. am i asking for the impossible? or is there a magic solution? please, please help me... i've been labouring over this for hours.. and im still in the same damn place as i was this morning.. thanks.
