Percentage problems
At my site www.hoys.extremepki.com/trial/index.php (this is the trial version) the proportion of the site is obviously not working.
Any help?

No, this didnt fix the problems.
I have errors on the validation page (that I cant figure out) becuase of switching to frameset from transitional.

why are you using table for this simple layout, and iframes?
The layout I think your after is very easy in CSS and would clean the clutter of code up no end.

what the reasoning behind using frames? and what are you trying to get it to look like (do it in an image editor) and i'll see what i can come up with

Sorry, I just can't tell what's going on here. I tried to access your css sheet and got a weird html document.
In general, you should be able to stick a one-pixel-wide graphic in the background color, 600px long, inside a table or frame to stretch it vertically.
