Scrolling Text

Hi everybody

I am creating a site in html ussing css too

I have a window where I want to display a text but the number of lines do not fit in the window. I want to make the text scrolling from top to the bottom or from bottom to the top, someone can read the whole text and when he points to a certain place in the text the text to stop scrolling and again when the cursor moves from the text to continue the scrolling. I do not want to use arrows for the scrolling. The scrolling must be running all the time.
Can someone please tell how I can solve this problem?

I have a issue with your central area gaining scroll bar's in firefox, I didn't check IE, but i'm asumeing its not suposed to be that way.
