Simple Text link Preview

Ive got a new free web host and they require u to put either a banner or text link preview at top of your pages.

Im using dreamweaver and i do not know how.

I'd prefer to put a "Simple Text Link Preview"

So, if someone could show me hot to do this that would be great!!!!!

i think what you were asking is how do i make a link in dreamweaver. if so here.

but that said making links in a program such as dreamweaver are one of the most basic skills and i would definatly advise getting to know the basics of the program. im sure there are loads of dreamweaver tutorials. just bang it in google and see what comes up.
