I'm lost
OK - I am NOT web design literate. I'm not sure where to post my question, so I just picked a spot. I have designed a page using Web Easy Professional. I am trying to post my page to my web host. I've followed all the directions but it keeps giving me the message that my password is invalid. Could it be a firewall issue?

I'm not familiar with Web Easy Professional and it's not a product I've heard of before. If it's a commercial product it could be worth checking out their website and seeing if there's help, an FAQ, etc.
However, I would sugges that if it's telling you that your password is invalid then you are communicating with the server. If you're communicating with the server then it cannot be a firewall issue, as if there was an issue then you would not get a response! Make your your username, password and of course the server address is correct. If you're not sure then contact your web host. It's possible that the username and password are case sensitive. |
