Editable select list?
How can I have a <select> list but still have it work like a text in put if user wants to provide a different value than is in the list?

The only way that I know how to do it is to put an other in the select field, then when other is selected make a text field acessible so they can type in whatever they need to type

That's what I would suggest...
There is no way, as far as I can see, to type into the object as you simply aren't allowed to - and no script workaround would fix that. |
