Hey some advice
I've been with some bad hosts before usually the ones offering to good to be true offers I saw two today which had good reviews and apprently have a big user base here are the links http://www.anhosting.com and http://www.dreamhost.com/. Anyone can briefly review either of these or reccomend some good cheap hosts which have great uptime and great speeds.
Thanks Sam

Re: Hey some advice
Plus since you're based in the UK, I would recommend dream-hosting over the US dreamhost anyway.
There's been several discussions regarding US / UK hosting but IMO you can benefit from - UK Support numbers and times
- Faster connections
- UK search engine results

Re: Hey some advice
Most review sites are just paid reviews site check for their support before signing up with them, you can place few presales queries and can test their response time and quality of support.
Location of server is also important for SEO so if you are targetting UK then better to have host with their servers located in UK with easy to communicate facility. ( Live chat + UK toll free phone support + email )

Re: Hey some advice
It's not a bad idea to consider where the servers are hosted. I know my personal annemoss.com site is hosted on a server in Hong Kong. I am King Kong in Hong Kong searches for that reason.
What does this do for me? Not squat since my Chinese is limited. OK, non existent. But by God I OWN Google for search words in Hong Kong! I'm not sure the diff between a U.S. server and a U.K. server would make as much of a difference. And it wouldn't be a bad idea to consider a member here. I actually prefer smaller hosts. They have to have cPanel and Fantastico, though.
