Problem with re-direction

Hello, I currently work as a professional Graphics and web designer and fell embarrassed having to ask for help!

I am currently designing a website for a construction company (Lockson.com)
and have designed a website that the owner has fallen in love with.

I designed it a year ago and edited the dns servers at UK2.net to point to my hosting at Bravenet, which is premium. It was for about 24 hours switching between the old site and my newly designed one, but ever since there have been no problems. It goes straight to the page I created, until today, when I was editing it for him. I went to see the site live, and well, it re-directed to the site, which is only functional in IE and no other browser. (Not designed by me) Nobody could have accessed the domain control panel at UK2.net and the owner cannot remember the password or what email he used to set it up. I cannot edit the previous site, as I have no idea how to do that, or where to do that for that matter.

Is there anybody with any idea at all? I have to have it working for Wednesday and feel like the website is homework and I'm back at school trying to figure out the impossible mental maths problem.

Any help would be really appreciated. The website is located at http://www.lockson.com

Re: Problem with re-direction

I would contact Bravenet and ask them what the heck is going on.
