is this a good hosting package

i am trying to find a hosting package and i came across blacknight they offer support for up to 4 sites on one plan

could you tell me the pro's and con's to this package

300 pop3's what are these

and what are the mailing lists

im using macromedia studio 8 would this be compatabile?

But it depends on what your looking for and how much your willing to pay a month or year?

POP3 accounts it just a type of email account you can use on their server and your mailing lists are all the email address you can hold.

example:-

If you have 20 email address you could put a certain amount of email addresses in each mailing list then if you use mass mail you can send the one email to a mailing list at one time.
