Image of Map with links to each city

I have a map of the uk and want to use it as a navigation system, is there a simple way to add links to my image to take me to other pages on clicking?

You need to create an image map which allows you mark out different areas of your image and specify them as a hot link.

Many web authoring packages have this functionality built in, otherwise you can Google for a free package that will allow you to do this.
