Logo reworking help ?

Hi everyone,

Can anyone advise me how to rework the attached logo so that i can use it as a website header.
What im hoping to acheive is a different background colour behind the text so that it matches the background colour on the webpage, or any other good ideas are welcome.

It has been designed using Illustrator, not by myself i should add, but i have access to AI for redesign purposes.

BTW, i'm a novice, so any advice needs to be in laymans terms please.

Hi Dave. Sorry, but your attachment is broken. However, this might be due to our upgrades going on at the moment.

From what I can see (which is very small!), the colours are quite fluorescent. Since the name's 'GardenWorks', try using more pastel colours and perhaps different shades of the same colour?

Its the white background behind the text i want to change to be honest, but thanks anyway.
