Vector graphic cirtique!

Hi all!

I have always wanted to create a vector drawing using photoshop, so today, I decided I would give it a go! And after many hours of work, I came up with this! (Image of myself)

I Am really happy with it, specially it being my first vector drawing! I was just after some critique about it, and improvements if any!

I think the eyes need to be aligned. They seem to be looking at two different things. Otherwise it's very good for a first try! I wouldn't have a clue how to do that!

Technically not a vector. photoshop & fireworks = pixels, illustrator & flash = vector.
Still really good!

If you could get a tablet it would be very easy. You could get a pic and trace over it.

Yeah, and I suggest Corel Draw for vector graphics...

like mr jack has pointed out, most people who do vector graphics use Tablets or Wacom pen pads. This is the simplest way of developing them. However, some of the Best of the Best use regular mice to do the graphics so it isn't impossible.

As far as good? Well lets just say this.. It reminds me of my first website. I thought it was good too but now that I look back at it I laugh at how horrible it was. This is a GREAT first step, but as you progress you will laugh.

My tablet however does not work properly. Don't get the trust one from Asda.. when I go to draw it pops up a right click menu :/
