[SOLVED] advice/suggestions please :D

Hi there
Would just like some advice and suggestions for the images below. Which one do you prefer? Its going to be the front page of a document i've done about the pre production of a female fashion brand i'm marketing...although i've used the same colours i used used the font i used for the logo which i'm not sure would benefit it? Also does anyone think there needs to be something in the big empty space?

Don't go with the blackground, white is a lot better for styling and more appealing.
I like how simplistic this is, stick with with that!

Thanks I printed them both out and the black just looked really bad so think will stick with the white
