Is this for web design or some other type of design business?

If it's web design then I'm not keen on the animal although I do like the font.

If it's gaming design or something more "out there" then I suppose that would be find.

sorry really busy wasn't that descriptive. It's for my portfolio. So i have alot of print based stuff and some web. Also a few interactive bits and pieces. So generally alot! wanted to design for print as well so used simple block colours because they would really stand out well on paper.

If you feel it's suitable, try adding some gradients, shading, shadows etc. vectorized artwork can look amazing.

the animal makes it look a bit less pro. But if it goes with your site its ok.

Yup. The animal isn't to nice, whatever it is (goat, lizard, ...?) The font is nice, yes. And, as Alex said, shading would be good.
