Exclamation help with header graphic

hello,
i've made this graphic for my protfolio.
but i don't know how i can turn it into a head,
at most it should be 250px high.
but i don't that happenning without squashing it.
take a look, ideas are welcomed

wasn't hard,
it's from a vector pack.
if anyone wanted that one they can get it from here:

If it's a vector, then why not re-size the vector to fit in?
