exporting text in templates to htm

Hi!

I’ve seen templates of sites with the text content in the design, how do they export the design to htm so the site content isn’t exported as image (so you can select the text when surfing to the htm template)?

You can't automatically. Just remove the text layer(s) from the templates (the .psd's or whatever they might be), then export your template.

Then, in the html code, add the text in as regular text on top of the template background images.

You might have to take an extra step and tell the html editor that the image should be a background image, because by default, it might be a regular inline image.
