I need some crit on a logo

I would like so critique on this logo I am re-designing for someone. Any suggestions are welcome.

I think it looks slightly dated, but I'm not quite sure why or what could be done to change it (sorry, I know that's not much help, but it's all that comes to mind at the moment!).

I think I would make one of the squares a different color. Then you have two different boxes coming together. Sort of what your tagline is saying.

I would possibly use the same color for the second half of the business name as well. Burgundy / black?

I would say use a different color on the second rounded square...possibly another shade of red?

Then use that same color on the "connecting information..."

maby space the font out a lil i think that allways make it look a lil better and maby change one of the boxes to blue and have one of the rod red in stead of just read with blue dots ?? i dno just came to mind
