Resizing (in pixels)

I've searched everywhere in Photoshop and I can't find how you can resize a selection to a certain dimension (in pixels). The Transform tools work with percentage of the original dimensions.

when you go transform > selection, you get the tool bar with width and height boxes etc. In the width and height boxes it probably says "100%" right? well, just type the width/height in pixels followed by "px", so for example, "200px"
