My New Layout!

right-click 'save as' works.
Drop the 'enter here' page - looks amateurish. Try to design the layout of the site for multiple browsers - multiple resolutions. 'Designed for ....' and 'Optimized for .....' are also big amateur web site pointers.

regarding the layout, background grey is too dark, makes reading the black text difficult. why the center scrollbar - is it an iframe? if so, consider what happens with non-IE browsers.
Does it validate?

Yes it is a bit too dark... I know you want deep colours, but maybe add some more just for a little variety.

doesn't seem to work here ... it says :

HTTP1.1 STATUS 403 Remote Access to this object forbidden This file cannot be directly accessed from a remote site, but must be linked through the Brinkster Member's site.

seems weird im probably the only one who can't view it.... save link as doesn't work either!
