Graphics
How can I create small boxes or circles, each box with different color, and
border for each box or circle. Please recomend me some software or urls. Look at http://www.submitexpress.com/, see on top left, before the title image, submit express. Something like this I am looking for. Thank you in advance.

You could probably do something that simple using 'Paint' which is a basic graphic prog that comes as part of Windows.
If not, look for 'Gimp' a free downloadable graphic prog. If Gimp's not good enough either, try 'Fireworks' or (at the top end of the market) 'PhotoShop'. Both of these are commercial app's and will cost you money.

Fireworks is good, Photoshop is the best indeed. The Gimp is workable although I find it to be a bit goofy.
