I really like the first graphic but where is the rest of your website? Are you still working on it? The page content would look good inside like an iframe inside your graphic. Good start, I think one of the most important things is good graphics!

The large blue box is streaked in FF ... probably because it's saved as a .gif. Save it as a jpg and you'll be able to fix that problem.
My favorite is the first one ... I love the red effect behind the guy. Very powerful.
