Re: Website Critique
Hiya,
A couple of things:
- The lack of indication where you actually are is a major usability issue. I was under the impression that I would be on the "Order now" page from the beginning, but when I clicked on "About us" I noticed that the 'Order now' button was still highlighted. Considering your audience I would be making it more clear on what page you are (the same goes for the kidssafetyband.com site).
- You are listing a number of charities under the "Charities" page. Would it be worthwhile having a stronger call to action about these charities on the main page?
- Footer is changing from home page to internal pages. Suggest unifying it
- Size chart: How about providing a but more information on this page and maybe a downloadable PDF giving information about the product as well as the size-chart? That way you would certainly add more value for visitors / potential customers to take home with?
Hope this helps,
ALEX
