Hi everyone!

I have been working on a blog for some time, and it has changed a number of different times, and I think I have finally found one I am happy with, tell me what you think.

A Few things to note:

- The archives/contact page have yet to be completed.
- The banner from the plane need text going in it saying what my blog is called.
- I can't for the life of me get the footer correct in firefox, it keeps leaving a gap at the bottom
- The post box needs a rollover, but can't think what to do for it, any suggestions?
- And now to the main thing, let me know how long it takes to load, because it has alot of good quality images, so tell me if it is slow? and how to get around this as GIF images are just too poor of quality.

That's cool. I think the rollover for the about should be the other way round and i think that you need to do the letter box as well.

really nice)) i like it! but the Main bunner should be smaller.. and pics also, than they'll look more tidy)))imo the site download quikly, that's alright and images are also good))

Well, a few people have picked up on that, but the about us, the news board that text will change to another text, but I just completely forgot about that...Ooops!
But I agree, the postbox does need a rollover, and that was in my mind, but I didn't know what the rollover state could be, any suggestions?

Oops, another mistake, so I could get the post to look the same on the frontpage, layout wise I copy and pasted the text, and changed where needed, and by mistake I must have forgot to remove the alt attribute! Thanks for noticeing that.

Anyone else got any critique?

Thanks Jallin for the feedback, Well I wanted the images of the house, newsagents, the two old men gossiping, and the postbox to be pretty big icons that would stick out in your mind when you visit. Does anyone else think the images are too big?

Ok, the alt attributes has been changed accordingly, and the about image has now got text on both so when it is used on the rollover. I need suggestions on a rollover for the contact post box, anyone?

Haha, you always know exactly what my plan is, that was my plan to put 'Web design blog' in the flyer, but when I tried to get the writing to go the same way as the flyer it just didn't happen, so I will get back to that asap.
